Pakistan's Ugly step sister

Just read a note from a friend of mine Nauman ( http://www.facebook.com/notes/nauman-syed/pakistans-ugly-step-sister/420926684915 ) who pointed out some differences and made a point with really some of our or I should say all of our leaders give it a thought.

"There was a light at the end of the tunnel but it’s out due to load-shedding! As we Pakistani’s prepare to absorb load shedding as part of our daily routines, the so called enemies of Pakistan are preparing to take India to the next level of broadband compatibility! News like ‘All Indian villages to have broadband by 2012’ are often laughed at … yeah right, that’s what these ministers do, make promises… but somehow the ministers on the other side of the border are actually keeping some of their promises and delivering on the time scale set by themselves. The Indian government is planning to connect villages and class rooms across the country with knowledge centers in a big way and has allocated sufficient funds for this purpose. In addition to that around 45 thousand villages now have broadband facilities in India. Impressive isn’t it? What about Pakistani villages… ah well, let’s sort out our electricity issues first!"
